Officially founded on February 25, registered at Fusi Industrial Zone, Chongren Town, Shengzhou City, with registered capital of RMB 1 million. The production project of polymer elastomers and PE medical films obtained environmental approval from Shengzhou Environmental Protection Bureau in January; the factory construction was completed in June, with initial designed annual output of 50 tons polymer elastomers and 50 tons PE medical films. Established core R&D team, hired senior industry experts as technical consultants, focused on R&D and production of TPE/TPR elastic medical films, and launched customized product development service for clients.

Completed factory production capacity upgrading and environmental acceptance monitoring in September, optimized production process to stabilize product quality. Updated industrial and commercial business scope registration, standardized internal production management rules, and initially built a complete quality control system.

Completed equity structure adjustment in January, optimized corporate shareholding and management team layout. Updated official contact information in May, built a professional sales team, expanded domestic marketing network covering medical, auto parts, daily consumer goods and hardware accessory sectors. Expanded product application scenarios, supporting production of surgical drapes, foot covers and disposable medical protective materials matched with non-woven fabrics.

Participated in government bidding projects in December, further expanded stable group client resources in the medical supplies industry chain. Realized annual production capacity upgrade to 400 tons of TPE/TPR elastic films, greatly lifting manufacturing efficiency and order undertaking capacity.

Acquired additional industry-related qualification certificates in April, consolidated advantages as a professional medical elastic film manufacturer in Zhejiang Province. Applied for independent intellectual property patents for new modified TPE film formulas, enhanced core technical barriers of environmentally friendly, breathable, anti-static medical membrane materials. Stable enterprise scale with 15 regular employees; formed long-term cooperative relations with multiple domestic and foreign downstream manufacturers.

Maintained stable operation of production and R&D system, continuously iterated soft, waterproof, low-adhesion medical elastic film products. Deepened cross-industry cooperation, launched customized elastomer film solutions for automotive accessories and daily disposable products. Built a comprehensive domestic and foreign marketing system, committed to providing cost-effective, eco-friendly new material film products for global clients.
